About 100 employees participated… Held regularly since 2015 CEO Yoon Byung-woon and candidates Shin Jae-wook and Bae Kwang-soo also joined in Current and Incoming Management Gather Ahead of CEO Transition A Message on Organizational Continuity Through Corporate Social Responsibility Activities

[Edaily Reporter Park Soon-yeop] NH Investment & Securities held a blood donation event for its employees, continuing its regular corporate social responsibility activities. Current CEO Yoon Byung-woon and new CEO candidates Shin Jae-wook and Bae Kwang-soo participated in the event, demonstrating management-level involvement.
#NH Investment & Securities announced on the 17th that it held a “Sharing Love, Blood Donation Event” for its employees at the NH Financial Tower in Park One, Yeouido, Seoul. Approximately 100 employees participated in the event, including CEO Yoon Byung-woon and CEO candidates Shin Jae-wook and Bae Kwang-soo.

NH Investment & Securities’ blood donation drive is a regular corporate social responsibility program that has been ongoing since 2015. The company holds blood donation drives three times a year, with approximately 100 employees voluntarily participating in each event. Management, including the CEO, has consistently taken part to encourage employee participation.
NH Investment & Securities was awarded a plaque of commendation for outstanding contributions to blood services by the Korean Red Cross in 2023 in recognition of its continued group blood drives even during the COVID-19 pandemic. The company plans to continue its social contribution activities, including blood drives, in the future.
Of particular note was the fact that both the current CEO and the candidates for the next CEO participated in this event. NH Investment & Securities recently nominated Shin Jae-wook, Head of the IB2 Division, and Bae Kwang-soo, Head of the WM Division, as candidates for the new CEO position and is moving toward a co-CEO system. With an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders approaching, the current management and the candidates for the next leadership attended the same event side by side.
Both within and outside the industry, this is interpreted as a move that demonstrates continuity in social contribution activities while also emphasizing organizational stability and internal cohesion during the management succession process. Given that the current CEO and the new candidates participated together in an employee event at this sensitive time ahead of the CEO transition, the company has effectively conveyed a message of a smooth leadership transition to the outside world.
The company stated that the purpose of this event was to ensure the continuity of its social contribution activities. An NH Investment & Securities official said, “With the belief that even small actions can save a life, we have been consistently holding blood donation events three times a year,” adding, “We will continue to practice sharing through blood donation and fulfill our social responsibilities.”
An official from the Korean Red Cross Central Blood Center said, “We are grateful to NH Investment & Securities for helping to ensure a stable blood supply through its ongoing group blood drives,” adding, “We hope these blood drives will continue in the future.”
