[Edaily Reporter Hyera Lee ] SENSORVIEW CO., LTD.(321370)announced on the 22nd that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Top Engineering Company Limited to collaborate on the supply and localization of AEC (Active Electrical Cable) for artificial intelligence (AI) data centers.

This agreement aims to facilitate SENSORVIEW CO., LTD.’s entry into the AI data center market and expand the supply of domestically produced AECs. The two companies plan to focus their collaboration on the AI data center construction project currently underway in Yangsan, South Gyeongsang Province. The Yangsan AI data center construction project is a large-scale initiative valued at approximately 3 trillion won.
AEC is gaining attention as a connectivity solution that improves signal quality compared to conventional copper cables while offering greater cost-effectiveness than fiber-optic communications. SENSORVIEW CO., LTD. is currently developing AEC solutions for data centers based on its accumulated expertise in ultra-high-frequency RF design and low-loss, lightweight cable technology. Through this agreement, the company plans to accelerate its entry into the domestic AI data center market.
The Top Engineering Company Limited, the project’s lead entity, has secured a site for the data center in the Yangsan area and is currently undergoing the licensing and permitting process to commence the project.
SENSORVIEW CO., LTD. stated, “Through this collaboration, we plan to supply high-speed interconnect solutions for data centers based on domestically developed technology and lay the groundwork for entering the AI data center market.”
