NamyangDairyProducts announced on the 23rd that it conducted its 2026 “Mutual Growth Partnership Training for Suppliers” on the 17th at its Central Research Institute in Sejong City for 23 executives and employees from 17 partner companies.

This training was organized to share expertise in quality control and analytical techniques with partner companies. NamyangDairyProducts structured the curriculum around on-site practical applications, incorporating the results of last year’s training and findings from a preliminary survey of participating partner company trainees.

The training focused on the quality and safety management system, validation of testing methods, and procedures for handling claims. NamyangDairyProducts’ Food Precision Analysis Team explained the operational guidelines for the quality and safety management system and the quality control system. They then introduced trends in the standardization of testing methods both domestically and internationally, as well as procedures for verifying the validity of testing and inspection methods.

During the quality control and claims response session, NamyangDairyProducts shared details on how it operates its quality system, as well as procedures for identifying the causes of claims and initial response protocols. The session focused on helping partner companies reduce product quality risks and establish robust response systems.

NamyangDairyProducts’ Central Research Institute is a research and development organization established in 1995. It was designated as an internationally accredited testing laboratory by the Korea Laboratory Accreditation Scheme (KOLAS) in 2001 and has maintained ISO 22000 certification for food safety management systems since 2010. In 2021, it was designated as the National Food Composition Data Center for the food industry by the National Reference Standards Center.

Seo Kyung-min, Director of NamyangDairyProducts’ Central Research Institute, stated, “The quality competitiveness of our partner companies directly translates into the competitiveness of the entire industrial ecosystem.” He added, “Going forward, we will actively share the quality control and analytical technology capabilities accumulated by the Central Research Institute with our partners to continuously expand the foundation for mutual growth.”

Since transitioning to the Han & Company management structure in 2024, NamyangDairyProducts has been focusing on compliance, ethical management, and the normalization of business operations. The company is also pursuing the expansion of its overseas business, including the recent signing of a 700억 원 business agreement with a Vietnamese distribution company.
