LE SSERAFIM: The Evolution of Global Collaboration… “Boompala” Extends to India

Guru Randhawa and a Cross-Border Collaboration Expanding to India Following North America and Europe Expanding Global Influence and Reach

According to their agency, Source Music, on the 4th, LE SSERAFIM released the official music video for the remix version of their second full-length album’s title track, “BOOMPALA” (feat. Guru Randhawa), via the HYBE Labels YouTube channel on the 3rd.
The video is centered around scenes LE SSERAFIM filmed in the United States. The members roamed the streets in a carefree atmosphere, expressing the song’s upbeat energy, while stylish graphics and editing were added to maximize the summer vibe.
What catches the eye is the way Guru Randhawa participated. He didn’t just appear as a featured artist; he sent footage he shot himself in India to help complete the content. By combining scenes filmed in the U.S. and India into a single video, the collaboration took on deeper meaning as a cross-border partnership.
Guru Randhawa is a leading singer-songwriter in India. He is an artist with significant influence in the South Asian music market, having won the “Best Male Act” award at the 2018 Brit Asia TV Music Awards. This collaboration is also noteworthy for marking LE SSERAFIM’s expansion into the Indian market, extending beyond North America and Europe.
Since their debut, LE SSERAFIM has consistently collaborated with global artists. For their first full-length album, they teamed up with legendary guitarist and producer Nile Rodgers, and for their fourth mini-album, they collaborated with British singer-songwriter PinkPantheress. In addition, they have broadened their musical spectrum through collaborations that transcend genres and nationalities, working with world-renowned DJ David Guetta, J Lloyd of the British band Jungle, and Lydia Kitto.
This collaboration is particularly significant because it goes beyond a simple feature, combining footage shot in different countries into a single piece of content. By extending beyond collaborations centered on North America and Europe to naturally connect with South Asian artists, LE SSERAFIM’s global reach has become even more evident.
LE SSERAFIM will kick off their second world tour, “2026 LE SSERAFIM TOUR ‘PUREFLOW’,” on the 11th and 12th at the Inspire Arena in Incheon. Both days of the Incheon concerts are sold out, and the group is scheduled to continue with a total of 32 performances in major cities around the world, including Japan, the United States, Europe, and Asia.
