This purchase demonstrates management’s confidence in the company’s future growth potential and their commitment to responsible leadership. Previously, President Lee Eun-cheol also purchased company shares last month. Over a three-day period starting on the 17th of last month, President Lee acquired an additional 3,000 common shares through open-market purchases. His total shareholding has increased from 3,000 to 6,000 shares. ALT Co.,Ltd. is expanding its investment in test equipment to address the high-value-added semiconductor market, including artificial intelligence (AI), automotive semiconductors, and high-performance memory controllers. As demand for back-end semiconductor testing becomes increasingly sophisticated, the company is strengthening its related production infrastructure and customer response capabilities. This year, it is pursuing improved profitability through a recovery in testing demand from major customers and an expansion of the share of high-value-added products.
