[E-Daily Reporter Kim Hyun-ah ] Kakao(035720) DK Techin, a subsidiary specializing in IT solution development, has partnered with Google Cloud to launch hands-on training on Agent AI, aiming to enhance its employees’ capabilities in utilizing generative artificial intelligence (AI).

The training—which is open not only to developers but also to non-development roles such as planning and design—teaches participants how to create their own AI work assistants without coding, marking the full-scale launch of AI-driven business innovation.

DK TechIn announced on the 10th that it had collaborated with Google Cloud Korea to host the “Practical Workshop on Agent AI Based on Gemini Enterprise.”

This workshop was organized to naturally integrate generative AI into daily work, thereby boosting productivity and establishing an AI-centric work culture. A diverse group of employees participated, including not only developers but also those in non-development roles such as business, planning, and design.

The training was structured in stages, ranging from the basics of generative AI to its practical application in the workplace. Participants learned about the key features and use cases of Google’s generative AI services—including Gemini, Nano Banana, and NotebookLM—and discovered how to apply AI to their specific job roles.

In particular, during the hands-on sessions, participants directly implemented “no-code Agent AI” that performs tasks such as document creation, information retrieval, and the automation of repetitive tasks using only natural language, without any separate coding. A key feature of the program was enabling participants to create AI assistants tailored to their individual job roles for use in their day-to-day work.

Following the training, DK Techin will conduct a “Gemini Enterprise-based Agent AI Proof of Concept (PoC)” for one month. Participants plan to apply the Agent AI agents they created to their actual work to verify the effectiveness of workflow improvements and share use cases within the company.

The company plans to select best practices for company-wide adoption and institutionalize new work methods utilizing AI.

Ahn Hye-mi, Head of Human Resources at DK Techin, said, “This workshop served as an opportunity for employees to use generative AI to independently improve their work methods and boost productivity,” adding, “We will continue to expand various growth support programs that enhance our employees’ AI proficiency.”
