SOOP announced on the 14th that it will live-stream the finals of the “12th fn Financial and Securities Professionals Billiards Tournament.” SOOPTV, which operates SOOP’s cable channel, is serving as the official broadcaster for this tournament.

The tournament will be held from the 14th to the 15th at the KBIZ Hall of the Korea Federation of SMEs in Yeouido, Seoul. Employees from about 30 financial and securities firms nationwide will participate, competing to uphold the honor of their respective companies.

Now in its 12th year, the fn Financial and Securities Professionals Billiards Tournament is an annual recreational sports event organized to foster friendship and unity among professionals in the financial and securities industries.

Employees from financial and securities firms across the country—not just Seoul—will participate, and on the first day of the tournament, the 14th, an exhibition match featuring LPBA players Jeong Su-bin and Choi Hye-mi will also take place.

SOOPTV will produce and live-stream a total of five main-round matches—two quarterfinal matches, two semifinal matches, and one final match—on the SOOP platform on the 15th.

The matches will be broadcast on the SOOPTV cable channel at 8:00 p.m. on the 19th.

Commentary for this broadcast will be provided by announcer Song Hee-tae, host of the SOOPTV sports magazine program “Sports! SOOP!,” and Heo Hae-yong, Senior Vice President of the Korea Billiards Federation.
