[Edaily Reporter Park Sun-Yeop ] NP(291230)has appointed Jo Jae-deok as its new CEO following its merger with WYSIWYG STUDIOS CO., LTD.
NP announced on the 15th that its former co-CEOs Baek Seung-up and Choi Ji-hoon had resigned, and Jo Jae-deok had been newly appointed as CEO.
This change in CEO stems from an absorption merger in which NP is the surviving company and WYSIWYG STUDIOS CO., LTD. is the dissolving company. Former co-CEOs Baek Seung-eop and Choi Ji-hoon stepped down from their positions as CEOs on the same day.
