The plan is to nurture them into creators capable of generating actual revenue by providing not only beauty content production training but also education in artificial intelligence (AI) and e-commerce.

LG H&H announced on the 19th that it held the launch ceremony for the 8th cohort of its “Natural Beauty Creator” program on the 16th at the President Hotel in Jung-gu, Seoul.

“Natural Beauty Creators” is an environmental, social, and governance (ESG) program by LG H&H that trains beauty creators to promote K-Beauty and eco-friendly lifestyles. It provides content creation training and hands-on opportunities to women with prior work experience and young people preparing to enter the workforce.

This 8th cohort attracted 280 applicants. LG H&H selected 36 participants following a competitive selection process with a ratio of approximately 8 to 1. Participants will take part in beauty creator training and content creation missions through December.

Beauty creator “Sang-eun Unni” and lifestyle creator “Yeondukong” will serve as the main mentors for the program, sharing makeup techniques and content planning know-how. Other creators, including “Hanabono,” “Seo Gi Channel,” and “Chaehi,” will also contribute to the training.

Julian Quintaert, a broadcaster specializing in environmental issues, along with experts in the fields of environment, law, and content, will provide training on copyright, business practices, and filming and editing. Hands-on AI training will also be conducted, focusing on video production using image and video generation models.

Starting this year, a new “Commerce” course has been introduced to provide participants with the experience of generating actual revenue based on their own content. This is intended to help creators turn their activities into economic value and real job opportunities.

All training courses are offered free of charge. LG H&H also provides participants with various brand products and activity allowances. Top performers are selected each session through content creation missions and awarded prizes. The top performer will be given the opportunity to appear on the social media channels of the main mentor, Sang Eun.

Meanwhile, LG H&H has been operating Naebook in partnership with the Korea Environment Foundation since 2018. To date, approximately 150 graduates have successfully entered the workforce.
