[Edaily Reporter Shin Yeong-bin ] Multicampus Corporation(067280), a company specializing in corporate training, is launching an e-learning course designed to strengthen the unique human competencies needed in the age of artificial intelligence (AI). The course focuses on developing not only AI proficiency but also so-called “human skills,” such as critical thinking, judgment, and empathy.

Multicampus Corporation announced on the 23rd that it will launch its e-learning series, “Beyond AI,” this August.

“Beyond AI” is an educational program that addresses uniquely human competencies—such as critical thinking, judgment, and collaboration—that are difficult for AI to replace. The goal is to help organizational members go beyond simply applying AI to their work and instead develop the ability to interpret and evaluate AI-generated results within the context of their organization.

This series consists of two courses: “9 Human Skills That Drive Technology” and “20 Business Essentials.” It is characterized by its integration of humanities-based insights and practical business management within a single curriculum.

Multicampus Corporation designed the program to enable participants to apply an understanding of human nature—derived from fields such as philosophy, anthropology, cognitive neuroscience, evolutionary psychology, history, art, and business—to real-world business decision-making.

The faculty includes eight experts in the humanities, social sciences, and natural sciences who have studied human thought, behavior, and relationship-building, as well as four experts in business fields such as strategic management, marketing, human resources and organization, and accounting.

The “9 Human Skills Driving Technology” course covers nine competencies: context, questioning, convergence, values, ethics, intuition, empathy, collective intelligence, and resilience. It explains why the ability to read context and ask good questions, judgment based on values and ethics, and the capacity to build relationships and learn from failure are crucial in an environment where AI rapidly provides answers.

The “20 Business Essentials” course highlights the changes emerging in the AI era across core areas of corporate management, including strategic management, marketing, human resources and organization, and accounting. It offers insights necessary for business leaders in the AI era, drawing on human nature, organizational behavior, and customer psychology.

Both courses provide case studies from global companies—including Google, NVIDIA, Nintendo, LEGO, and SpaceX—as well as real-world work scenarios to help participants apply what they learn to their professional practice.

Jang Tae-won, Head of the Development and Operations Center at Multicampus Corporation, stated, “With the proliferation of AI, the importance of human skills—such as reading context, detecting hidden problems, and understanding people and organizations—is growing just as much as the ability to understand technology.” He added, “The ‘Beyond AI’ series will help organizational members apply uniquely human insights and judgment to their actual work and business decision-making.”
