[Edaily JAEMIN SONG Choi Oh-hyun Reporter] “The long-term supply agreement (LTA) we are currently discussing is based on a five-year term, but the specific contract duration and terms may vary depending on the customer and product characteristics. Rather than adopting a single pricing structure, we are consulting with customers to develop a model that can respond to market volatility, focusing on securing mid- to long-term business stability for both our customers and our company. While it is difficult to specify the exact proportion of total sales accounted for by LTAs, we plan to operate at an appropriate level based on market demand. We will enhance the downside stability of our earnings while maintaining the flexibility to grow when market conditions are favorable. We are already continuing long-term contractual partnerships with major customers, including NVIDIA, based on HBM, and through these partnerships, we will manage stability and profitability in a balanced manner.”
