We have completed sample deliveries of HBM4E to customers and are applying the optimal process to ensure technological maturity and mass production stability, with the goal of beginning full-scale mass production in 2027. We are also proactively preparing for next-generation technologies such as hybrid bonding and HBM5. We expect our iHBM cooling technology to reduce thermal resistance by more than 30%, contributing to improved system stability and operational efficiency. Based on our experience with early joint development and long-term collaboration with customers, we will proactively lead the HBM market by ensuring a stable supply of products and developing next-generation products.”
