[Edaily JAEMIN SONG Reporter Choi Oh-hyun ] “Starting July 30—the day after Onejoon Co., Ltd.’s listing on the Korea Exchange is completed—ADRs can be freely converted into Onejoon Co., Ltd. shares. However, converting Onejoon Co., Ltd. shares into ADRs may be subject to restrictions due to relevant procedures and conversion limits. During the process of converting Onejoon Co., Ltd.'s shares into ADRs, the issuer may be required to complete regulatory filing procedures; considering precedents involving existing depositary receipts (DRs) for domestic companies, this process is expected to take several weeks or more. The total outstanding ADR balance may not exceed the established conversion limit. Currently, the conversion limit for Onejoon Co., Ltd.’s ADRs is set at 17.79 million shares, which is the number of shares issued this time. Whether to expand the ADR ratio in the future will be reviewed after comprehensively considering the regulatory environment and other factors; no specific decisions have been made at this time.”
