[Edaily Reporter Kim Hyung-il ] SENSORVIEW CO., LTD.(321370), a high-frequency (RF) connectivity solutions provider, announced on the 7th that it has signed a supply contract with Nexwill for specialized composite connectors for ground-based radar systems.
The contract value is 1,071.72 million won, equivalent to 5.64% of last year’s consolidated revenue. The contract period runs from today through December 31, 2030.
SENSORVIEW CO., LTD. supplies RF connectivity solutions to the defense, aerospace, next-generation mobile communications, and semiconductor measurement sectors, and has recently been expanding its business into the defense sector, including Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar systems. Under this contract, the company plans to supply specialized composite connectors for ground-based radar systems.
The contract will be fulfilled through a combination of in-house production and outsourced manufacturing. Payment will be made in cash by the end of the following month after the issuance of a tax invoice for the delivered quantities that meet quality and inspection standards.
SENSORVIEW CO., LTD. stated that the contract amount does not include value-added tax (VAT) and that both the contract amount and duration are subject to change depending on the exercise of contract options and other factors.
