[Edaily Reporter Kim Hyun-ah ] #C-QVista, a company specializing in Network Threat Detection and Response (NDR), has officially begun the initial public offering (IPO) process for a listing on KOSDAQ.

C-Q Vista announced on the 7th that it has signed a lead underwriting agreement with DaishinSecurities for its KOSDAQ listing. Under this agreement, DaishinSecurities will handle all aspects of the listing process, including filing for a preliminary listing review, designing the public offering structure, conducting due diligence, and liaising with relevant authorities.

C-Q Vista explained that it selected DaishinSecurities as the lead underwriter after reviewing multiple securities firms, taking into account factors such as its experience in managing IPOs in the information technology (IT) and security sectors.

CQVista is a cybersecurity company that develops NDR solutions combining real-time network packet analysis with artificial intelligence (AI)-based threat detection technology. Its flagship product, “PacketCYBER,” is supplied to public institutions, the financial sector, and corporations. “IoTCYBER,” specialized for Internet of Things (IoT) environments, and the encrypted traffic analysis (ETA) solution “PacketCYBER EVA” are also key products in its portfolio.

Recently, the company has been accelerating product development to address cloud environments. The company explains that as AI-powered cyberattacks become more sophisticated and attacks using encrypted traffic increase, the importance of Network Detection and Response (NDR) technology—which analyzes the entire network in real time and detects anomalies—is growing.

This is also a sector with promising market growth potential. According to market research firm MarketsandMarkets, the global NDR market is projected to grow from $4.34 billion in 2026 to $7.29 billion in 2031. The compound annual growth rate (CAGR) during this period is expected to be 10.9%, with particularly strong growth anticipated in the Asia-Pacific region.

SecuVista plans to use this IPO as an opportunity to expand its investment in research and development (R&D) and accelerate its expansion into overseas markets. The company’s strategy is to enhance its competitiveness by advancing NDR technology and expanding its domestic business base—currently centered on the public and financial sectors—into the global market.

Jeon Deok-jo, CEO of SecuVista, stated, “The signing of this lead underwriting agreement marks a significant milestone in our long-planned IPO process,” adding, “We will work closely with DaishinSecurities to ensure the listing process proceeds smoothly and to expand our investment in R&D and our entry into overseas markets.”

He added, “We will expand our competitiveness in the global cybersecurity market by simultaneously advancing our security technology and improving operational efficiency.”

SecuVista’s major shareholders include its founder and CEO, Jeon Deok-jo, and Hunesion co.,ltd, a KOSDAQ-listed cybersecurity company. Hunesion co.,ltd(290270)is a major shareholder holding a 37.97% stake in SecuVista. SecuVista’s total issued shares consist of 7,246,690 common shares; the company currently has no preferred shares and is composed solely of common stock.

If new shares are issued during the upcoming IPO process, the ownership stakes of existing shareholders may change. However, the final decision on whether and when the company will go public will depend on the results of the upcoming due diligence and the Korea Exchange’s preliminary listing review.
