[Edaily Reporter Han Kwangbeom ] SK Telecom ( SKTelecom(017670)) announced on the 9th that it held the Seoul event for the “T Long-Term Customer Program: Table Day,” inviting long-term customers who have been with the company for over 10 years to enjoy a special dining experience.
A total of 400 people, including long-term customers and their guests, attended the Seoul event held at Vista Walkerhill Seoul on the 8th. CEO Jeong Jae-heon took the stage as the host of the event to express his gratitude to customers who have been with the company for many years.
CEO Jeong said, “Just as SKT has connected people through telecommunications, I hope today will be a time when food brings people’s hearts together,” adding, “We will continue to stand by our customers with even better service to repay their unwavering trust.”
During the main event, chefs Choi Hyun-seok and Kim Hee-eun presented a special multi-course meal and a live cooking show. An event was also held in which the two chefs personally presented a dish they had prepared during the cooking show to the customer with the longest subscription history.
This “Table Day” event in Seoul recorded the highest competition rate among all SKT long-term customer invitation events to date. SKT is hosting “Table Day” events in five cities nationwide, including Seoul, inviting a total of 1,200 people. Following the events in Daegu and Busan last July, the company will continue its series of invitations to luxury hotel buffets in Gwangju on the 15th and Daejeon on the 16th.
Meanwhile, SKT is consolidating its long-term customer invitation events under the name “T Long-Term Customer Day” to expand experience-based benefits. Applications for “Adventure Day”—which features an exclusive late-night private rental of Lotte World Adventure—are open until the 18th, and in December, the company plans to host exclusive private performances of select shows from the 2026–2027 season of the musical “Chicago.”
Yoon Jae-woong, Head of SKT’s Product & Brand Division, stated, “We have relaunched ‘Table,’ which has long been beloved as SKT’s flagship gourmet program, as ‘Table Day’ for our long-term customers this year,” adding, “We will continue to expand our differentiated experiences and benefits so that SKT can remain a company customers want to stay with for the long term.”
