On the 12th, Nota Inc. signed a contract with MetaM for the “Development of an AI-Native Customer Service System.” The contract period runs from July 31, 2026, to July 30, 2027.
This contract involves the development of systems related to AI-based customer service centers (AICC). The contract amount has been withheld to maintain business confidentiality at the request of the counterparty and is scheduled to be disclosed after the withholding period ends on July 30, 2027.
Payment will be made in installments: 20% as an advance payment, 20% as the first interim payment, 30% as the second interim payment, and 30% as the final payment. The project will be carried out using Nota Inc.’s proprietary development methodology.
MetaM, the contracting party, is a company that provides customized solutions—such as AICC—to its clients, with consolidated revenue of 436,257 million won in 2025. Nota Inc.’s consolidated revenue for the same period was 13,109.3 million won.
Nota Inc. stated that the key details of the contract have been withheld due to the need to maintain business confidentiality and advised investors to exercise caution, taking into account the possibility of contract changes or termination.
