[Edaily Reporter KIM EUNG-TAE ] Global beauty company APR(278470)announced on the 30th that it had donated in-kind goods worth 2.4 billion won through the Community Chest of Korea.

This donation was planned to help improve the living conditions of vulnerable groups both domestically and internationally and to provide practical welfare support. The donated goods will be distributed primarily to social welfare facilities for women and comprehensive welfare centers in Korea, as well as to appropriate institutions in regions overseas that require support. In Korea, priority will be given to single-parent and unwed mother households.
The donated goods included the company’s own clothing products suitable for everyday use and were selected based on the specific support needs and characteristics of the recipients in each region and institution.
APR has been carrying out corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities since 2016 to support marginalized groups and disaster victims. The company has expanded its areas of support—including helping single-parent families become self-reliant, covering medical expenses for vulnerable children, and donating funds for disaster recovery—and practices giving in ways tailored to the recipients and circumstances, such as both cash and in-kind donations.
Including this donation, APR’s cumulative social contribution has exceeded 13 billion won. Last year’s social contribution donations totaled 5.7 billion won, a 30% increase from the previous year.
