[Edaily Reporter LEE YUN-JEONG ] AX specialist MOCOMSYS(333050)(CEOs Kim In-soo and Yoon Young-ho) has recorded second-quarter 2026 revenue of 6.51 billion won and operating profit of 555 million won, marking the full-scale launch of its AX business and a push to enhance shareholder value. Cumulative revenue for the first half of the year totaled 13.555 billion won, with operating profit at 1.054 billion won. Second-quarter operating profit increased by more than 12% compared to the previous quarter, and the operating profit margin improved by 1.4 percentage points, rising from 7.0% to 8.4%.

The company viewed it as a significant achievement that it was able to maintain a profitable trend and improve profitability while focusing on structural reforms—such as a name change and a stock split—and expanding its new product lineup.
In the first half of the year, within the AI infrastructure sector, the company pushed forward with the commercialization of the “LLM-Neutral MCP Gateway,” which enables control and logging of AI data access within closed-network environments, as well as its governance layer. Additionally, it signed a business agreement with Upstage, a sovereign AI provider, to jointly develop an enterprise-grade intelligent knowledge security platform. In June, the company unveiled the “BIM No-Install Drawing Viewer,” which isolates original design files on a central server and delivers them via screen streaming, thereby expanding its reach into high-value-added B2B markets such as manufacturing, construction, and engineering.
Its existing core businesses also continued to post solid order intake results. In July, the company secured consecutive contracts for the construction of next-generation information systems and integrated maintenance and management projects for major public institutions, taking on sole responsibility for operating interconnected solutions spanning both headquarters and disaster recovery centers. The company explained that it has established itself as a full-cycle service provider—from construction to operation—and secured a stable revenue base.
The company is also strengthening its shareholder return policy. At a board meeting in July, Innotena approved a second-quarter dividend of 20 won per share, with the dividend scheduled to be paid on the 20th. Under the quarterly dividend system introduced this year, the company has paid dividends for both the first and second quarters consecutively. The company was previously selected as a high-dividend-paying firm after recording a dividend payout ratio of 25% based on 2025 earnings, and it is currently reviewing additional shareholder return measures, such as reduced dividends, expanding the dividend amount, and share buybacks. To strengthen communication with the capital markets, the company has hired an IR manager with a background in securities firms, thereby expanding its communication channels with institutional and individual investors.
Kim In-soo, CEO of Innotena, stated, “The first half of the year was a period for us, as an AX company, to establish our foundation and product lineup, and the second half will be the stage where we demonstrate those achievements through our financial results.” He added, “We will create a virtuous cycle of earnings growth and enhanced shareholder value through our AI data governance business and the expansion of the public AX market.”
