(Photo courtesy of Subin Company)According to Subin Company on the 21st, Dal Subin will release her single “YESx4” at 6:00 p.m. on the 22nd via various online music platforms. The new song “YESx4,” which shares the same title as the single, is a medium-tempo track in the future house and progressive house genres. Dal Subin handled the lyrics, composition, and production herself. Dal Subin stated, “Drawing on my experience as a DJ, I’ve created an energetic song that allows me to become one with the audience and enjoy the moment together,” adding, “The lyrics convey the message that ‘no matter how many times I break, I’ll eventually run forward again.’” Dal Subin also personally directed the music video, which was produced in an animated format to capture the song’s narrative. The music video, produced in two parts, depicts the journey of a protagonist granted eternal life as she sets out to return to being human. Dal Su-bin debuted as a member of a girl group in 2011 and transitioned to a solo career in 2016. She will premiere a live performance of “Yes by Four” at the “Kascool Festival,” held at Seoul Land on the day of the new album’s release.
