The core of this collaboration is to develop robots suitable for domestic manufacturing, logistics, and service environments by integrating EVERYBOT Inc.’s autonomous driving, 3D vision, and robot software technologies with Chinese humanoid robot hardware.
X-Square is a physical AI company founded in Shenzhen, China, in 2023, and is expanding its business based on its self-developed robot foundation model and humanoid robot platform. By developing bipedal mobile robots, humanoid platforms, and robotic hands, the company is securing both robot hardware and AI technology.
Through this collaboration, EVERYBOT Inc. plans to go beyond simply supplying foreign humanoid products and instead build a humanoid platform tailored to domestic industrial settings by integrating its own robotics technology. Previously, EVERYBOT Inc. has conducted pilot tests of humanoid and service robots in domestic manufacturing sites and the senior care sector. Through this partnership with X-Square, the company intends to expand its business scope from securing hardware to implementing solutions in domestic settings.
In particular, EVERYBOT Inc. visited the Embodied Intelligence Robot Innovation Center in Ningbo, China, to examine the environment for collecting and processing training data for humanoid robots. The company is also exploring the possibility of collaborating on data-building projects to advance robot AI using data—such as visual and motion data—collected from actual field sites.
EVERYBOT Inc. plans to expand its physical AI business by establishing a business structure that progresses from securing humanoid hardware, integrating its proprietary technology, conducting field demonstrations in Korea, and accumulating robot data.
