[Edaily Reporter Shin Ha-yeon ] Voronoi, Inc.(310210)will present the latest clinical and preclinical research data on its key pipeline candidates, “VRN11” and “VRN10,” at the World Conference on Lung Cancer (WCLC 2026).
Voronoi, Inc. announced on the 1st that it will present a total of six studies related to VRN11 and VRN10 at the “2026 World Conference on Lung Cancer (WCLC 2026),” which will be held in Seoul from the 12th to the 15th. Notably, Professor Ahn Myung-ju, who is serving as the chair of WCLC 2026, will personally present the VRN11 clinical data during the “Mini Oral” session. In addition, the company will present a total of five poster presentations: three related to VRN11 and two related to VRN10.
VRN11 is a next-generation EGFR-targeted therapy currently under development for epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)-mutated non-small cell lung cancer. The company is currently expanding clinical trials in Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, and other locations to include not only patients whose disease has progressed after receiving existing EGFR-targeted therapies but also treatment-naive patients.
Voronoi, Inc. is advancing the development of VRN11 for patients with various EGFR mutations, including the “EGFR C797S” mutation, which is a major mechanism of resistance to existing therapies.
VRN10 is a next-generation HER2-targeted therapy currently in development for HER2-driven solid tumors, including those with HER2 mutations. It is currently in Phase 1a clinical trials, and according to the company, initial antitumor activity has been confirmed in patients with HER2-mutated solid tumors.
