“Lee Seop’s Romance” is based on the web novel of the same name by author Kim Eun-hee. It is an office romance between Tae Lee-seop, who doesn’t want to do anything, and Kang Min-kyung, who must get things done no matter what. The story follows the romance between Tae Lee-seop—a third-generation chaebol heir who is perfect at everything except romance—and Kang Min-kyung, the “secret weapon” of TK Group.
The series shares the same universe as writer Kim Eun-hee’s other web novel, *A Calm Lie*. Actor Lee Jun-hyuk stars as the lead in *A Calm Lie*. News of the production of both series was previously announced simultaneously, raising anticipation.
