[Edaily Reporter Shin Ha-yeon ] YoungLimWon SoftLab. YoungLimWon SoftLab. Co., Ltd. announced on the 7th that it has established a dedicated organization responsible for AI strategy, technology development, business application, and product enhancement. Since last August, it has been offering features such as “AI Auto-Entry,” which automatically inputs information from documents and images into the ERP; “Business Briefing,” which summarizes ERP data; “Workflow Automation,” which handles repetitive tasks; and “AI Spreadsheet Analysis” and “Business Insights,” which analyze data.
The AI chatbot “K-BOT” supports ERP data searches, automatic report generation, file-based Q&A, and searches for ERP usage knowledge. The company explains that it is also advancing related technologies to enable the AI to analyze and respond based on ERP structures and workflows.
The company is also working in parallel to have employees identify practical use cases for AI. Last July, YoungLimWon SoftLab. Co., Ltd. held the “1st AI Application for Personal Productivity Improvement Case Competition 2026” and shared a total of 11 projects from departments including marketing, development, sales, and research and development (R&D).
In the marketing division, the team developed a program that uses AI to analyze participant data, survey results, and presentation materials to summarize campaign performance and identify areas for improvement. According to the company, this reduced the time required to prepare performance analysis reports—which previously took an average of about 6.5 hours per campaign—to approximately one hour, covering everything from data entry to the generation of a report draft.
In the Overseas Development division, AI was applied to the operations of the Overseas Development Center (ODC) to reduce language barriers and repetitive tasks in the development process between Korea and Indonesia. The system supports tasks such as searching for requirements and similar cases, drafting and translating development specifications, analyzing output, and checking development rules; some of these functions are already being applied to actual projects.
In the ERP implementation consulting division, the task of viewing ERP screens—which previously required navigating multiple programs—was consolidated into a single screen, reducing the related procedure from seven steps to four. The sales division is using publicly available financial indicators to prioritize potential customers with a high likelihood of adopting ERP, while the R&D division is preparing for company-wide adoption of “AI Study Notes,” a tool that provides personalized learning materials based on emails and work-related chat logs.
YoungLimWon SoftLab. Co., Ltd. is also conducting in-house AI training, pilot programs, and innovation workshops. The company is incorporating employee feedback and real-world application examples gathered from these initiatives into improvements to AI ERP features and plans to expand training to include developers and other practitioners across business units in the future.
Kwon Young-beom, CEO of YoungLimWon SoftLab. Co., Ltd., stated, “In AI innovation, the process of employees identifying problems to solve in their respective roles and accumulating practical experience is more important than simply introducing new tools.” He added, “We will apply AI to repetitive and time-consuming tasks to drive results, and we will strengthen our system to link use cases identified in the field to improvements in our products and customer service.”
