On the episode of the MBC variety show “What Do You Do When You’re Bored?” (Nolmwo) airing on the 12th, a special travel itinerary is planned for commentator Ahn Jung-hwan, who is about to depart for the “2026 Aichi Nagoya Asian Games.”
Ahn Jung-hwan, who hasn’t been able to visit Italy since the 2002 Korea-Japan World Cup, enjoys a “Italy in Korea” trip prepared by the cast members. While reminiscing over Italian food, Ahn Jung-hwan continues the conversation by talking about his family.
On the show, Ahn shared an update on his family, saying, “My daughter, Ri-won, graduated and returned to Korea. She got a job, and today (as of the recording date) is her second day on the job.” Previously, Ahn’s daughter enrolled at New York University, a prestigious U.S. institution, in 2022 and recently graduated.

Ahn Jung-hwan also shared news about his son Ri-hwan, who is now a high school senior preparing for college entrance exams, and drew attention by expressing his disappointment, saying, “He doesn’t want to play with his dad anymore.”
Yoo Jae-suk reacted with surprise, asking, “Ri-won already got a job?” The members teased Ahn Jung-hwan, urging him to treat them to a meal to celebrate her new job, but he responded with bewilderment, asking, “My daughter got a job—why should I be the one to treat everyone?” which drew laughter.
