A key highlight of the song is how it reinterprets the spirit of the traditional folk song “Arirang” using contemporary language and sensibilities. The rich soundscape, blending traditional Korean instruments with modern ones, is complemented by Soon Soon-hee’s uniquely soulful vocals. The lyrics, composition, and arrangement were handled by Han Gil, who has collaborated with artists such as Hwang Chi-yeol, Davichi, Lee Chan-won, and Casey. Sun Sun Hee is a group consisting of Ki-tae, Mirrorball, and Yoon Ji-hwan. They have gained popularity with songs such as “At Seomyeon Station,” “Haeundae,” “I Loved You So Much,” and “To Live.” This marks their first official new release in about nine months since they released “My First and Last Love” last year.
