[Edaily Reporter Yun Junghoon ] Data Home Shopping (T-Commerce) channel KT Alpha Shopping (kt alpha(036030)) announced on the 9th that it successfully concluded the “KT Alpha Shopping Brand Day,” held on the 7th at the KT Sonic Boom Arena in Suwon.

This Brand Day was held in conjunction with the professional basketball home games featuring the Suwon KT Sonicboom and the Daegu KoreaGasCorporation. Approximately 120 KT Alpha Shopping customers and employees, invited through a pre-registration process, visited the arena to cheer on the KT Sonicboom alongside some 3,000 spectators.
Before the game began, TV host Lee Su-jeong, who hosts the flagship program “Su-jeong Shop,” took to the court to deliver a message wishing the team victory and perform a ceremonial tip-off. The KT Sonicboom defeated KoreaGasCorporation 92–81 in that game, and Lee was hailed as the “Goddess of Victory,” receiving an enthusiastic response from home fans.
At the venue, “Le Toi” and “De Kim by Kim Seo-ryong”—exclusive fashion lines from KTCorporation Shopping—captured the attention of spectators.
The private brand (PB) “Le Toi” showcased elegant everyday looks and rich, textured knitwear in collaboration with actress Myung Se-bin, while the licensed brand (LB) “De Kim by Kim Seo-ryong” drew attention with key fall/winter items that highlighted the signature, precise fits of first-generation designer Kim Seo-ryong.
In particular, by operating large-scale brand booths at the basketball arena—where a high proportion of attendees were in their 20s and 30s—the brands expanded their reach among younger customers. Events held for booth visitors, which offered generous prizes such as Le Toi scarves and De Kim by Kim Seo-ryong signature flower cardigan and scarf sets, were met with an enthusiastic response.
The excitement at the venue naturally translated into engagement with mobile app benefits. Spectators received various perks at the on-site booth, such as KTCorporation Shopping mobile app reward points, and a variety of interactive programs were held, including a quiz during halftime and a prize drawing after the game.
Baek Seon-ju, Head of the KTCorporation Alpha T-Commerce Business Division, said, “It was a meaningful day to cheer alongside our customers and share in the joy of victory with them,” adding, “We will continue to host customer-participation events to expand our customer touchpoints and allow customers to experience our brand up close.”
