While preserving the positive energy of the original track, the remake bridges generations by adding the fresh, upbeat sound and youthful emotions characteristic of this up-and-coming band.

According to TMEG Group on the 18th, PENTACLE released their new single “Urachacha” at 6 p.m. that day. This track is a reinterpretation of the song of the same name released by Rumblefish in 2005 and marks PENTACLE’s first digital release of the year.
Rather than a simple recreation, this remake emphasizes “a message of encouragement for today’s youth.” While the original song was beloved for its bright and energetic message, Pentacle has reimagined it with a crisp, refreshing band sound, infusing it with a 2026 sensibility.
The music video, released alongside the track, expands on this same message. Using the concept of Pentacle’s “first fan,” it conveys the story that, ultimately, the person who must believe in one’s music and life the most is oneself. Through the process of confronting one’s inner shadows via music, it poses the question: “Am I the first fan of my own life?”
Musically, Park Eun-hye’s powerful vocals take center stage, harmonizing with Park Jun-won’s drums, Heo Eun-chan’s bass, Na Yun-seo’s guitar, and Lee Dong-ju’s keyboards. By adding Pentacle’s signature lively energy to a familiar melody, they’ve created a distinct vibe different from the original song.
Pentacle made a name for themselves by winning the Silver Prize at TV Chosun’s “University Song Festival” in 2024. Since then, they have continued their activities, showcasing the energy and teamwork of a five-member mixed-gender band.
