According to the parcel delivery industry on the 21st, CJ LOGISTICS, Lotte Express, and HANJIN Logistics Corporation will all suspend delivery operations from the 24th to the 26th.

The cutoff date for general parcel shipments to some island and mountainous regions, such as Jeju, is today (the 21st), while for other areas, the cutoff date is tomorrow (the 22nd). Only parcels shipped by customers by tomorrow will be delivered before the Chuseok holiday.

The parcel carriers’ logistics networks will resume normal operations starting on the 27th. Coupang will operate its delivery system without interruption during the Chuseok holiday period because it has its own logistics centers and delivery network. Delivery drivers will take time off according to their individual schedules before and after the Chuseok holiday.

For Kurly’s “Saetbyeol” Express Delivery, orders placed by 11:00 PM on the 24th can be delivered even on Chuseok Day. However, orders placed on Chuseok Day (the 25th) will be delivered on the 27th (as the logistics center is closed on the 25th). Kurly’s one-day delivery service, which uses external couriers, follows the couriers’ delivery policies.

#SSG CO., LTD. will operate its SSG Weekly Delivery service as usual, except on Chuseok Day (the 25th). On the 24th, the day before Chuseok, same-day delivery is available for orders placed by 1:00–2:00 p.m., depending on the store.

SSG Early Morning Delivery will deliver orders placed by 10:00–11:00 PM on the 23rd by 7:00 AM on the 24th. SSG.com will also operate BaroQuick, a quick-commerce service that delivers E-MART Co., Ltd. products within about an hour, except on Chuseok Day.
