Milky Way"
at 6:00 p.m. via various online music platforms. With the release of this single, UNIS will bring their two-year-and-six-month-long journey to a close.
UNIS was formed through the audition program “Universe Ticket,” co-produced by SBS and F&F Entertainment. After two years and six months of project activities, the group had the option to extend their activities for another two years, but they decided not to exercise that option and to conclude their activities as scheduled. Their exclusive management contract will end on the 26th.
The title track of this “goodbye single,” “Milky Way,” is a song that conveys the eight members’ feelings to their fans. With lyrics such as “It’s okay to take a slightly longer detour” and “Like a brief respite on a long journey, I’ll stay for a while and then bloom again,” the song expresses their hope for a future reunion. Members Jin Hyun-ju, Nana, Elisia, and Oh Yoon-ah participated directly in writing the lyrics.
F&F Entertainment stated, “We extend our deepest gratitude to the members who have created countless stages and precious moments with passion and sincerity. We sincerely support the members as they stand at the starting line of a new beginning.”
