[Edaily KIM JI-WAN Reporter] OSCOTEC Inc.(039200)has filed a request to convene an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders. The petitioner requested that the agenda include the deletion of certain provisions in the articles of incorporation, as well as the appointment of a total of three directors, including an executive director, a non-executive director, and an independent director.

The shareholders have proposed a total of three agenda items. Agenda Item No. 1 is the deletion of Article 27, Paragraph 5 of the Articles of Incorporation, and Agenda Item No. 2 is the deletion of Article 27, Paragraphs 2 through 4 of the Articles of Incorporation.
The third agenda item concerns the appointment of directors. The applicant requested that a motion be put forward to appoint a total of three new directors: one inside director, one outside non-executive director, and one independent director. Mr. Ko was nominated as the candidate for inside director, Mr. Kim as the candidate for outside non-executive director, and Mr. Park as the candidate for independent director.
This petition was filed with the court on the 22nd. OSCOTEC Inc. confirmed the details upon receiving the petition from the petitioner’s legal representative on the 23rd.
