Since CEO Yoon Jun-oh took office last July, CLASSYS Inc. has carried out a major organizational restructuring to accelerate market- and customer-centric global expansion and growth. As part of this process, the Marketing Division, Domestic Sales Division, and Overseas Sales Division were reorganized under the GTM Center. Executive Vice President Bae Jeong-hee will lead this GTM Center, consolidating sales and marketing capabilities to spearhead CLASSYS Inc.’s global expansion.
A CLASSYS Inc. spokesperson explained, “Over the past 20 years, CLASSYS Inc. has pursued gradual global expansion on a product-by-product and region-by-region basis,” adding, “Since CEO Yoon took office, we have been undergoing a comprehensive shift to a system that integrates brands, products, positioning, and global launches into a standardized framework to accelerate CLASSYS Inc.’s business expansion and growth.”
The company has recruited CCO Bae Jeong-hee, following CEO Yoon Jun-oh—who previously led M&A and portfolio strategies for the Samsung Group and SamsungElectronics—and CTO Kim Taek-soo, a Ph.D. graduate of the Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology and Stanford University. Through these appointments, the company plans to further solidify its position as a leader in the global aesthetic medical device industry and accelerate growth by strengthening its global-class executive team, which spans strategy, technology, and execution.
Newly appointed CCO Bae Jeong-hee graduated from Korea University and worked as a systems engineer at LG Corp. before earning an MBA from Harvard Business School. She subsequently held positions at Monitor Group and Deloitte Consulting before serving as a partner at Bain & Company. She has accumulated extensive experience in driving business growth and organizational transformation for clients through the launch of new brands, entry into and expansion within Shinhung markets, and the design of distribution channels across more than 30 countries. Most recently, she led Bain & Company’s AI and Digital Strategy practice, spearheading data-driven operational innovation for global companies.
With the addition of Vice President Bae to its team, CLASSYS Inc. plans to accelerate its entry into and growth in key overseas markets—including the Americas, China, and Europe—strengthen leadership in its Korean operations, and rapidly advance data- and AI-driven go-to-market (GTM) operations and marketing. The company aims to pick up the pace to achieve its 2030 revenue target of $1 billion ahead of schedule.
CEO Yoon Jun-oh stated, “As a leader in the global aesthetic medical device industry, CLASSYS Inc. possesses end-to-end solutions for energy-based medical devices (EBD) and is the only company capable of providing personalized and differentiated multi-procedure experiences tailored to each customer.” He added, “Through the establishment of the new GTM Center, we will accelerate business expansion and growth so that customers worldwide can experience CLASSYS Inc.’s superior technology and products more quickly.”
He continued, “CCO Bae is the ideal person to help shape ‘CLASSYS Inc.’s Next Stage,’ and his appointment significantly strengthens our leadership, enabling us to elevate CLASSYS Inc. to an even higher level through innovation in global sales and marketing.”
CCO Bae remarked, “CLASSYS Inc. is a cradle of core talent, bringing together differentiated products and technologies preferred in the global market, as well as top experts.” He continued, “By leveraging this expertise and our unique capabilities, we will further strengthen CLASSYS Inc.’s leading position in the global aesthetic medical device market and rapidly innovate the customer experience through overwhelming leadership.” He added, “We will start by quickly visiting the market and the field to listen to the voices of our customers and clinics.”
CLASSYS Inc. is a company with a portfolio spanning the entire EBD spectrum, including the High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) device “Shrink Universe,” the monopolar radiofrequency (RF) device “Volnume,” and the microneedle RF device “QuadSay,” with overseas sales accounting for approximately 76% of its total revenue. The company aims to achieve $1 billion in revenue by 2030 and transform itself into the “world’s number one medical aesthetics platform company.”
