SOOP announced on the 15th that it will launch a dedicated event page running from the 16th through November 15 to mark the opening of Worlds.
First, it will run a “Mission Advent Calendar” linked to match viewership. This feature offers different rewards for completing missions assigned on each match day.
A “Drops” event will also be held, in which a total of 100,000 “Magical Engineering Box and Key Sets” will be awarded via a random drawing based on viewing time for each tournament stage. Players can also receive Gems through redemption codes revealed at random during official broadcasts.
Match Prediction and Cheering Events Also Available
Fan-participation events have also been organized. The “Cheer Gauge” event allows fans to select a team they want to cheer for from among the LCK participants; upon reaching the target level, participants will be entered into a drawing for prizes. The logo of the selected team will appear before the participant’s nickname in the SOOP LCK official broadcast chat window.
A “Match Prediction” event, where participants predict the winners of all Worlds matches, will also be held. Both top performers and general participants will have the chance to win prizes.
Events have also been organized where viewers can win autographed jerseys from players on SOOP’s partner teams—Gen.G, T1, and Dplus KIA—as well as enter a Live Gem giveaway. New emojis featuring these teams will also be distributed for free.
All Worlds matches will be broadcast live via the official SOOP LCK channel. Seven streamers—Kim Min-kyo, Lee Sang-ho, Annyeong Suya, Smapim, Gamjagabi, Du-dan, and Ko Se-gu—will participate in the official co-streaming.
Broadcasts will also be available on the official channels of LCK partner organizations DNS and KRX, and commentary by active LCK players is scheduled.
The 2026 Worlds will begin on the 16th with the Play-In Stage, followed by the Swiss Stage and the Knockout Stage, culminating in the finals on the 15th of next month.
