SOS LAB Co., Ltd. will operate its own booth at the conference to showcase its core products and solutions. In particular, at the technology demonstration area, the company plans to present “LPGS SPOT®,” a next-generation LiDAR-based parking guidance solution, to demonstrate the future vision and practical applications of LiDAR-based spatial intelligence technology to global attendees and industry professionals. The new LiDAR product for smart infrastructure, “ML-I,” will also make its debut at this event. The ML-I is a 3D fixed-mount LiDAR that supports PoE+ (Power over Ethernet Plus), significantly enhancing on-site installation convenience and operational efficiency. It is designed to simultaneously provide power and transmit/receive data using a single Ethernet cable. Given that smart infrastructure sites typically require the installation of multiple LiDAR sensors, the company anticipates high demand for this new product. During the exhibition, SOS LAB Co., Ltd. plans to hold business meetings with major domestic and international organizations and companies based on its core data solutions and new products, focusing on expanding autonomous driving and smart city networks and creating new business opportunities. The ITS World Congress is the largest exhibition and academic event in the ITS field, attracting massive participation from global companies, academia, and government agencies. Since its inception in Paris, France, in 1994, it has been held annually, rotating among Europe, the Americas, and Asia. At this year’s Gangneung conference, a diverse program will be held to share the vision for smart mobility in small and medium-sized cities, featuring high-level meetings, academic sessions, cutting-edge technology demonstrations, and hands-on experiences. Delegations and experts from various countries plan to explore future directions for mobility—including next-generation intelligent transportation systems (C-ITS), autonomous driving, mobility-as-a-service (MaaS), urban air mobility (UAM), and smart cities—and discuss ways to foster global cooperation. Lee Yong-i, Head of the Data Solutions Business Division at SOS LAB Co., Ltd., stated, “This conference provides an opportunity for global customers to experience our LiDAR solutions firsthand on-site and verify their value,” adding, “We will continue to expand our application areas into various industries by building close networks with domestic and international industry partners.”
