[Edaily Reporter Ham Ji-Hyun ] DL E&C CO., LTD.(375500)announced on the 23rd that it has submitted a bid proposal for a negotiated contract for the “Ha-an Jugong 9th Complex Redevelopment Project” in Gwangmyeong, Gyeonggi Province. The name DL E&C CO., LTD. proposed for the Ha-an Jugong 9th Complex is “e-Pyeonhan Sesang Gwangmyeong River Mark.”

DL E&C CO., LTD. previously participated as the sole bidder in the contractor selection process conducted by Kyobo Asset Trust, the project operator for the Ha-an Jugong Complex No. 9, and secured the status of preferred negotiator. After reviewing DL E&C CO., LTD.’s proposal, the project operator plans to hold a plenary meeting to select the contractor on the 29th of next month.

The Ha-an Jugong 9 Complex is set to be transformed through reconstruction into a large-scale complex comprising 15 buildings ranging from 4 basement levels to a maximum of 45 stories above ground, totaling 2,218 units (based on the contractor’s alternative design). The construction cost is 930.9 billion won.

DL E&C CO., LTD. proposed a specialized design for the Ha-an Jugong 9 Complex, developed in collaboration with leading domestic architectural firms. The main buildings were arranged to feature a three-dimensional and distinctive exterior design while maximizing views of the Anyang Stream. Additionally, the landscaping area was expanded compared to the original plan.

To enhance the complex’s symbolic value, the proposal includes four duplex penthouses and five penthouses with specialized views. Compared to the original plan, the scale of community facilities and the number of parking spaces have been expanded, and various specialized facilities—including an “Edu-Community”—have been incorporated. In particular, the complex will feature amenities befitting a premium residential complex, such as a sky lounge, sports court, sauna, family cinema, and dining room.
