[Edaily Starin KIM HYUNSIK Reporter] HYBE announced on the 27th that it has expanded and reorganized its “Label Services” division—which supports the distribution of physical and digital music, as well as marketing and promotional activities for its subsidiary labels—into “Global Label Services.”

With this reorganization, the existing Label Services organization has been restructured into a globally integrated unit that provides support to all of HYBE’s subsidiaries worldwide. Juan S. Arenas, Chief Intellectual Property Officer (CIPO) of HYBE America, has been appointed as its head.
“Global Label Services” serves as a global hub for music distribution, marketing, and promotion, ensuring that HYBE’s music reaches markets worldwide.
Previously, HYBE launched its Label Services organization through its U.S. subsidiary as part of its 2024 new growth strategy, “HYBE 2.0,” and has since expanded it to labels in other regions, including South Korea. Through this reorganization, the structure has been streamlined to allow for expansion to all subsidiaries worldwide.
HYBE stated, “We will focus on providing a stable business infrastructure based on global distribution strategy development and supply chain management, and on expanding the influence of HYBE artists’ music in domestic and international markets through the management of regional distributors and online and offline platforms.”
The company added, “We plan to provide specialized solutions to ensure that the entire process of HYBE’s global music business is systematically integrated and operated by executing marketing and promotional strategies tailored to each region through online and offline promotions and communications.”

Along with the reorganization of its Global

division, HYBE has also strengthened its team of professionals in the Global Distribution and Artist Services divisions. Nicole Sabai has been appointed Senior Vice President (SVP) of Global Distribution. Previously Senior Vice President of Sales at Interscope Records, SVP Sabai will be based in Nashville, Tennessee, where she will lead global distribution of physical albums and digital music, as well as domestic and international partnership initiatives. She will also oversee music catalogs, digital music service providers (DSPs), and commerce and streaming-related operations, participating in the development of an integrated global label services strategy.
Within the Global Artist Services division, a new “Artist Success Unit” has been established to serve as the dedicated point of contact for labels, manage artist-specific projects, and coordinate the support services necessary for global activities. Melissa Victor-Burkhart, who previously served as Senior Vice President overseeing public relations and brand strategy at Epic Records, has been appointed Executive Vice President (EVP) of this unit.
Additionally, Joanna Fuentes, who has built a career in entertainment PR at CBS, Warner Bros., and other companies, will lead the artist PR division of Global Label Services alongside Juan S. Arenas.
Meanwhile, HYBE recently created the position of Chief People and Transformation Officer (CPTO) to oversee personnel and organizational innovation across its global hubs in South Korea, Japan, the U.S., Latin America, China, and India, and appointed Jenny Pep to the role. As CPTO of HYBE America and HYBE Latin America, Pep has previously led talent recruitment and organizational transformation across the United States.
Lee Jae-sang, CEO of HYBE, stated, “This reorganization of the Global Label Services division is part of our ‘global infrastructure development’ initiative to strengthen the music distribution, marketing, promotion, and public relations capabilities of HYBE artists active on the world stage through our hubs in Korea, Japan, the U.S., Latin America, and India, and it marks the starting point of our strategy to expand and enhance our business infrastructure.”
