[Edaily Reporter Kim Hyung-il ] Newtree Co., Ltd.(270870)announced on the 28th that it donated a total of 2,400 products—including borage oil, vaginal probiotics, and iron supplements—worth approximately 34 million won to 600 vulnerable adolescent girls through the “W-Care Campaign” by GinoMaster, a brand specializing in W-Care.

This campaign was planned to mark Pregnant Women’s Day and First Menstruation Day in October, with the aim of raising awareness about the importance of health management throughout a woman’s life cycle—including menstruation, pregnancy, and childbirth—and to support women as they navigate their daily lives. GenoMaster concluded its charitable activities by conducting product donations alongside a campaign designed to raise awareness about women’s health management.

Four influential creators in the fields of women’s health and lifestyle participated in the campaign. They shared the changes they experienced and their health management habits at various stages of their lives, including self-care, marriage, pregnancy, and childbirth. Through these stories, they conveyed the importance of women taking care of their health in ways that fit their individual lifestyles and circumstances.

A donation challenge involving direct consumer participation was also held. Operated on the principle of donating one product per comment, the challenge garnered approximately 600 comments. A wide range of messages of empathy and support poured in, ranging from encouragement for working mothers returning to work after childbirth to words of encouragement for oneself while preparing for new challenges, and messages of support exchanged among those preparing for pregnancy.

Ginomaaster expanded the scope of its support by adding its own donations to those contributed by consumers. As a result, the company decided to deliver a total of 2,400 products to 600 vulnerable adolescent girls and young women. The initiative aims to raise awareness about health management throughout a woman’s life cycle while supporting adolescent girls and young women in need through consumer participation.

The donated products were selected with the health concerns women face in their daily lives in mind. These include “GinoMaster Borage Oil,” which can help alleviate discomfort caused by premenstrual changes; “GinoMaster Vaginal Probiotics,” which can help promote the growth of beneficial bacteria and inhibit harmful bacteria in the vagina; and “GinoMaster Iron,” for women who need iron supplementation due to menstruation or pregnancy. Additionally, sanitary napkin pouches were included to support the daily health management of young women.

A Ginomaster representative stated, “This W-Care campaign was organized to raise awareness about the importance of health management throughout a woman’s life cycle—including menstruation, pregnancy, and childbirth—and to show our support for women,” adding, “Since we were able to further expand the spirit of giving through the participation of many consumers, we will continue to carry out various activities that support women’s healthy daily lives.”

Meanwhile, GinoMaster is a specialized W-Care brand dedicated to women’s health management across their life stages. It offers a diverse lineup of women’s health products, including vaginal probiotics, iron, folic acid, borage oil, inositol, and arginine.
