[Edaily Reporter Shin Ha-yeon ] YoungLimWon SoftLab. Co., Ltd.(060850)announced on the 29th that it has been ranked first for the fourth consecutive year in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) category of the “2026 Korea Quality Satisfaction Index (KS-QEI).”
The Korea Quality Satisfaction Index, organized by the Korean Standards Association, is an indicator that measures quality satisfaction based on evaluations by consumers who have used products and services, as well as experts in related fields. It selects the top company in each industry by evaluating nine criteria: performance, reliability, durability, usability, safety, accessibility, image, brand awareness, and innovation. Co., Ltd.) YoungLimWon SoftLab. Co., Ltd. has been standardizing its product quality management system and strengthening procedures to incorporate customer requirements. The company ensures that only items that have completed Quality Assurance (QA) approval are included in the product deployment process, and it categorizes inspection results by module and error type, sharing them internally on a monthly basis.
The company explains that this approach reduces recurring errors and improves product revision and deployment procedures. It has expanded the scope of quality inspections to include software security and infrastructure, and holds monthly Quality Improvement Committee meetings—with input from frontline staff—to incorporate customer requirements and technological trends into product development.
The company is also enhancing the artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities of its flagship product, “K-System Ace I&I.” This solution is an integrated ERP system that connects a company’s key business systems—such as ERP, groupware, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)—into a single platform.
It is designed to reduce repetitive document processing and data entry tasks through AI-based workflow automation and generative AI report-writing capabilities. The AI guidebot “K-Bot” provides Q&A services using ERP data and supports document input via optical character recognition (OCR) technology, as well as the automatic generation of emails and reports.
It also offers a dashboard feature that displays key business data—such as accounting, human resources, and sales—on a single screen. This enables executives to monitor key business metrics and use them to inform decision-making, and the solution supports both cloud and on-premises environments.
YoungLimWon SoftLab. Co., Ltd. plans to continue enhancing the stability and usability of its ERP system while expanding AI-based data analysis and task automation capabilities.
Park Yoon-kyung, Vice President of YoungLimWon SoftLab. Co., Ltd., stated, “I believe that ranking first for four consecutive years is the result of our efforts to consistently improve the quality of our products and services and to reflect customer needs,” adding, “It is highly significant that we have once again confirmed our competitive edge in quality through evaluations by customers and experts.”
She added, “Going forward, we will continue to enhance product stability and ease of use, while also advancing features that help client companies utilize data and make informed decisions by effectively integrating AI into our ERP system.”
