Organized by the Korea International Cooperation Society (KOICS), this training program took place from the 19th to the 30th of last month at the KOICA Training Center under the theme “Strengthening Online Education Capabilities at the Indonesian Trade Education and Training Center.” KONAN TECHNOLOGY INCORPORATION applied “Lingo-X Conference” throughout the training to provide real-time interpretation for everything from lectures to question-and-answer sessions.

“LingoX” is a multilingual AI solution that supports real-time interpretation in 33 languages. Depending on the installation environment, it offers three product packages—Station, Portable, and AI Guide Station—and provides various SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions tailored to specific use cases, such as conference simultaneous interpretation, online video conferencing, and offline meetings.

“RingoX Conference,” which was implemented for this training session, is a specialized service that recognizes and translates the presenter’s voice in real time and delivers it to attendees. In particular, by applying technology that refines speech recognition results and corrects translations based on the context of the utterance, it has significantly improved interpretation accuracy even in lectures containing technical terms. This enabled the Indonesian trainees to freely ask and answer questions on-site without any waiting time for interpretation.

Expanding Client Base to International Conferences and Global Events Hosted by Public Institutions

KONAN TECHNOLOGY INCORPORATION has previously accumulated implementation experience by deploying RingoX at various international events and educational settings, including a conference hosted by the Korea Maritime and Fisheries Development Institute and an invited training program on Nepalese legal information. Building on this foundation, the company plans to expand its supply scope to include international cooperation projects, global events hosted by public institutions, specialized training programs, and international conferences.
