[Edaily Reporter Ahn Yu-ri] #Neowiz’s PC and console action RPG “Lies of P” will be officially released on August 6 as “Lies of P: Complete Edition” for the Nintendo Switch 2.

This news was announced during Nintendo’s official online showcase, ‘Nintendo Direct 2026,’ held on the 9th.

“Lies of P: Complete Edition” is a digital bundle comprising the main game “Lies of P” and the DLC “Lies of P: Overture,” priced at 69,800 won. Pre-orders are currently available on the Nintendo eShop. This move to expand onto the Nintendo platform is a strategic step aimed at broadening the platform reach of the ‘Lies of P’ IP and strengthening engagement with its global fanbase.

Along with the digital bundle’s release, Neowiz has unveiled a special merchandise lineup—including a physical package bundling the main game and DLC, as well as handmade “marionette dolls”—through a partnership with global merchandising company ‘iam8bit’. Pre-orders are currently available on the official iam8bit website, with the global release scheduled for October 2.

Choi Ji-won, Executive Director of "P's Lie," stated, "I am both thrilled and delighted to be able to introduce 'P's Lie' to Nintendo users for the first time," adding, "I hope that fans around the world will be able to enjoy the beautiful yet cruel Pinocchio story unique to 'P's Lie' through more platforms."

Released in September 2023, “P’s Lie” garnered worldwide attention for its originality in reimagining the Italian classic Pinocchio as a dark fairy tale, as well as its distinctive combat system and action-packed gameplay. It continued its success with the DLC “P’s Lie: Overture,” released in June 2025, and has proven its strong IP power by surpassing 4 million cumulative sales.

In particular, “P’s Lie: Overture” won the “Best DLC” award at the New York Game Awards in the U.S., while also scoring 85 on Metacritic and 86 on OpenCritic.
