UTI Extends 7 Billion Won Loan to Vietnamese Subsidiary

[Edaily Reporter Lee Hye-ra] #UTI announced on the 12th that it has decided to extend a loan of 7.0242 billion won to its Vietnamese subsidiary, 'UTI VINA VINH PHUC Co., Ltd.'
This amount represents 10.7% of the company’s equity. The loan term runs from the 13th of this month until June 12, 2033.
This loan is an extension of the maturity of an existing loan. The company explained that it plans to use the funds for the subsidiary’s capital expenditures.
