WooriNet Decides to Merge Subsidiaries IceStorm and BJ Connect

[Edaily Reporter Lee Hye-ra] #WooriNet announced on the 12th that its subsidiary, iStorm, will merge with its affiliate, BJ Connect. The company explained that the decision was made to improve management efficiency and strengthen business competitiveness.
The merger ratio is 1 to 0.5758116. As a result of the merger, Ice Storm plans to issue 57,580 new common shares. The merger is scheduled to take effect on the 31st of next month.
