The total number of shares converted through the exercise of conversion rights is 486,183, representing 2.22% of the total issued shares. The conversion price is 10,060 won per share.
The conversion rights were exercised in two separate tranches: 2 billion won on the 12th and 2.891 billion won on the 15th. Accordingly, the number of shares to be issued is 198,807 and 287,376, respectively. The scheduled listing date is July 9.
The outstanding balance of unconverted bonds is 8,891,005,000 won, and the number of convertible shares is 883,797.
