The goal is to go beyond mere digital adoption and equip employees with the skills to utilize AI in their actual work environments. Ercos plans to conduct AI training for its employees in collaboration with the Korea Productivity Center. Through this initiative, the company intends to establish a company-wide foundation for AX transformation, including improving business processes through AI, strengthening data-driven decision-making capabilities, and boosting productivity across departments. Ercos, a company specializing in infant formula and therapeutic foods, is expanding into a food tech company by combining its food manufacturing capabilities with data and technology. Ercos plans to use this initiative as an opportunity to accelerate the integration of food tech and AI and expand the potential applications of AI across product development, production, and operational efficiency. An Ercos official stated, “This project will serve as a crucial opportunity for Ercos to internalize its AI capabilities as a food tech company,” adding, “We will enhance productivity through AI training for employees and business innovation, and lay the groundwork to proactively respond to the rapidly changing food market.”
