[Edaily Reporter Kwon Oh-seok] #A-Root announced on the 18th that it has been selected for the “2026 Export Support Infrastructure Utilization Project (Export Voucher Program)” in the “Small but Strong Export Companies” category, a program promoted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.

The Export Voucher Program is a government initiative that provides various services—such as marketing, certification, and consulting—in the form of “vouchers” to help promising small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) expand into overseas markets and strengthen their export competitiveness. The program selects eligible companies based on criteria such as the previous year’s export performance, and allows them to choose and utilize export-related services within the voucher limit as needed.
A-Root plans to use this selection as an opportunity to further strengthen its push into global markets, including the United States. The company intends to boost product competitiveness by securing new international certifications tailored to the requirements of key markets such as North America and Europe, and plans to identify new partners and diversify its distribution channels by participating in major trade shows. The company aims to actively utilize government support not only to obtain certifications and enhance quality but also to rapidly secure new clients and expand the proportion of overseas sales, with a focus on North America.
A-Root is targeting overseas markets with “SEWOO,” its global POS printer and industrial printing solutions brand. In particular, the company has designated North America as a key strategic hub and is expanding its customer reach by securing new clients, expanding local distribution networks, participating in trade shows and roadshows, obtaining certifications, and strengthening online and offline marketing efforts.
A company official stated, “Being selected as a ‘Small but Strong Export Company’ is official recognition of A-Root’s global export potential and growth prospects,” adding, “We will further strengthen our sales activities, centered on North America, to simultaneously boost both the scale and profitability of our core export business.”
