Hancom Sells Entire Stake in Hancom InSpace for 31.9 Billion Won

[Edaily Reporter Kim Kyung-eun] #Hancom announced on the 18th that it will sell 3,094,234 shares (a 26.08% stake) of its affiliate Hancom InSpace for 31,923,210,000 won.
The disposal amount represents 6.43% of the company’s equity capital of 496,486,300,000 won.
The purpose of the sale is to secure liquidity and funds for investment in new businesses. The scheduled date of the sale is the 19th.
Hancom InSpace’s primary business is the development and supply of application software. Its CEO is Choi Myung-jin. With this sale, Hancom will divest its entire stake in Hancom InSpace.
