NEXUS announced on the 29th that it has completed the payment for the acquisition of 20,247,990 shares of OneStore and finalized the transfer of assets. The acquired stake represents 89.03% of OneStore’s total shares, and the transaction amount is 62,627,030,000 won.
The shares subject to this transaction are those held by SKSQUARE, Naver, Steel Number One Fund I, and KRAFTON. The ownership ratios by seller are as follows: SKSQUARE (45.78%), Naver (24.06%), Steel Number One Fund I (17.02%), and KRAFTON (2.17%).
Following the payment of the first installment of the transaction amount on the 26th, NEXUS completed the payment of the full transaction amount, including the second installment, on this day. NEXUS stated, “With the completion of the payment of the full transaction amount, including the second installment, all rights and obligations have been finalized, and this transaction has been concluded.”
Previously, on the 18th, NEXUS held a board of directors meeting to approve the acquisition of One Store shares and subsequently submitted a report on major matters.
OneStore is a domestic app store operator whose main businesses include information and communications services and the provision of digital content. As of the end of 2025, based on its consolidated financial statements, its total assets were 170.29 billion won, total liabilities were 70.601 billion won, and total equity was 99.689 billion won.
Meanwhile, with #SKSQUARE completing the sale of its stake in OneStore, OneStore is no longer considered a subsidiary of SKSQUARE. SKSQUARE announced in a regulatory filing that day that OneStore had been removed from its list of subsidiaries following the sale of its stake. Consequently, the number of SKSQUARE’s subsidiaries has decreased from six to five.
