This report includes a special section themed “New Value Connected by AI.” Through this section, NHN introduced its business direction and examples of organizational innovation aimed at establishing a foundation for sustainable growth in the AI era.

The report highlights examples of expanding the AI infrastructure and service ecosystem—including NHN Cloud, the National AI Data Center, and Factory X Seoul—centered around “AI Factory,” an integrated AI execution environment. It also includes examples of NHN’s “AI-Native” initiatives, such as the “AI School” program to strengthen employees’ AI capabilities and the operation of “Playground,” NHN’s proprietary office AI platform.

The company also strengthened its climate change disclosure. To proactively respond to discussions on mandatory ESG disclosure in Korea, NHN adopted the “No. 2 Climate-Related Disclosure” standards issued by the Korea Sustainability Standards Board (KSSB) in February 2026.

NHN also revised its three major strategic directions for realizing its ESG vision, “Weaving New Sustainability.” The new strategic directions are: △ a sustainable IT ecosystem, △ responsible management, and △ the realization of social value. Key focus areas include information security and personal data protection, human resources management, climate change response, and human rights management, as well as technology-based solutions to social issues, digital accessibility, and inclusivity.

In the environmental sector, the report highlighted achievements in advancing environmental and energy management systems following the acquisition of ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 50001 Energy Management System certifications for its headquarters and data centers. It also introduced climate change and environmental protection training for all employees, as well as “Little Action,” an ESG campaign involving employee participation. The cumulative number of employees participating in Little Action has exceeded 10,000.

In the social sector, the report covered support for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), innovations in AI-based care services, efforts to bridge the digital divide, and activities to foster IT ecosystems outside the Seoul metropolitan area. NHN received a commendation from the Minister of Science and ICT in recognition of these contributions. Internally, the report highlighted achievements in creating a work environment that supports work-life balance, such as the expansion of flexible work arrangements and maternity and paternity leave policies.

In the corporate governance section, the report outlined a three-year shareholder return policy applicable from 2026 to 2028, along with measures to strengthen communication with shareholders and investors.

Lee Jun-ho, Chairman of the NHN Board of Directors, stated, “Amid an AI-driven industrial paradigm shift and an increasingly uncertain business environment, it is crucial to secure both technological competitiveness and future sustainability.” He added, “We will continue to pursue sustainable growth where innovation and responsibility coexist through AI-native-based work innovation, strengthening employees’ AI capabilities, supporting the nation’s AI transition via the expansion of GPUaaS, fostering regional IT ecosystems, and creating social value.”

NHN incorporated the KSSB disclosure standards, as well as GRI, SASB, and the UN Sustainable Development Goals, into this report. The report underwent third-party verification by an independent professional organization. The full report is available on NHN’s official website.
