[Edaily Reporter Shin Yeong-bin ] NHN Dooray announced on the 2nd that it has supplied its all-in-one artificial intelligence (AI) collaboration tool, “Dooray!”, to the global dental company #AUSTEM CO.,LTD.

AUSTEM CO.,LTD is a leading South Korean provider of dental implants and comprehensive dental solutions. It employs approximately 6,000 people across 34 local subsidiaries in 30 countries worldwide.

Starting last May, NHN Dooray fully rolled out Dooray’s collaboration services—including projects, tasks, drive, wiki, email, electronic approval, messenger, and portal—to AUSTEM CO.,LTD.

AUSTEM CO.,LTD pursued the adoption of a SaaS-based collaboration tool as its existing on-premises groupware system became outdated and maintenance costs rose. After reviewing numerous solutions, the company selected Durey based on factors such as real-time feature updates, service stability, initial implementation costs, reliability of overseas services, and support for digital transformation (DX) through project management tools.

With this implementation, AUSTEM CO.,LTD has reduced the man-hours and costs associated with operating its existing groupware and established an integrated work environment where employees worldwide can collaborate via PC and mobile apps.

Another key feature is the integration of SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)-based approval forms with Dooray!’s electronic approval system. This allows AUSTEM CO.,LTD to handle both collaboration and approval workflows on a single platform. NHN Dooray explained that the implementation was completed by providing the additional electronic approval features required by the client without the need for separate customization.

NHN Dooray and AUSTEM CO.,LTD are also discussing the future adoption of “Dooray! AI,” which offers AI collaboration features and multi-large language models (LLMs). If the adoption is finalized, it is expected to be utilized not only for improving the collaboration environment but also for the company-wide AI transformation (AX).
