The Seoul Shilla Hotel was recognized for its service excellence, including customer service and hospitality from check-in to check-out, meticulous room maintenance, and attentive care for guests. Earlier this past February, it also became the first hotel in Korea to be named a 5-star hotel for eight consecutive years by the global travel evaluation magazine “Forbes Travel Guide.”
In addition, four fine-dining restaurants at the Seoul HotelShilla were included in “La Liste 2025.” “The Library” was also named a “Hotel Star Bar” by Forbes Travel Guide last month.
A representative from the Seoul HotelShilla stated, “Being named the top hotel in Korea for two consecutive years is the result of our continuous efforts to provide customers with the finest products and the highest level of service,” adding, “We will continue to deliver distinguished service and unique guest experiences as Korea’s premier luxury hotel.”
